EXCITING CHANGES ARE COMING.

From 19th August, you will begin to see the creation of brand new, state-of-the-art facilities, designed to make the customer experience exciting, modern, and second to none. We will, in fact, be the first UK retail centre to showcase BMW’s new Retail.Next experience from the ground up.

KEY DATES.

Following much detailed planning, we are delighted to share the exciting news surrounding the redevelopment of our Bedford Road, Northampton BMW facilities over the coming 12 months.

From Monday 19th August, we are open for business as usual from our new temporary home on Riverside Way, just 50 metres around the corner from the current BMW entrance.

WHAT TO EXPECT.

We’ll be operating a valet parking service for visitors to our BMW Showroom and Service Reception. Just follow the arrow, and one of our helpful hosts will take care of the rest.

The entire Aftersales team will be there to look after customers, operating from very impressive modern facilities in our new temporary home.

Our stocks of New and Used vehicles will be close to hand too, making vehicle purchasing also easy and seamless, supported by recent further investments at our off-site Vehicle Preparation Centre.

In short, we expect to provide a seamless customer experience over the 12 months of the redevelopment of our main Bedford Road facilities. All ahead of inviting you to enjoy what’s on offer from the truly inspiring BMW brand, alongside a celebration of 50 years of BMW representation by Wollaston in Northampton.
